Les Carter was appointed as a High Performance Coach for the Hong Kong China Squad in 2020.
He is a seasoned coach from South Australia and has been the South Australia Men’s State Team Coach from 2014, leading South Australia to winning Gold in the Australian Sides Championships in 2017.
Les was also Coach of the Adelaide BPL Teams in 2015-2016 and 2019-2020 respectively, winning Silver in 2015 BPL#03.
Les was awarded Coach of the Year by Bowls Australia in 2017.
