The 8th Asia Pacific Bowls Championship was staged from 21-30 September 1999 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
The Hong Kong China Men’s team was represented by Adam Poynton, Willie Lai, Jacky Wong, Daivd Tso, and James Cheng. Team manager was Patrick Chan.
The Women’s team included Angela Chau, Fanny Fernandes, Danna Chiu, Julia Wong, Linda Da Luz. Team manager was Julie Chan.
The teams won three Bronze medals.
