The 3rd Asian Lawn Bowls Championship and 1st Asian Under 25 Singles Championship took place from 3-17 July 2003 in Bukit Kiara, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Hong Kong team was represented by Adam Poynton, James Cheng, Danny Ho, Jimmy Chiu, Willie Lai. The women team comprised of Anglea Chau, Danna Chiu, Anna Chan, Hannah Ha, Stephanie Chung. The Under 25 players were Robin Chok, Jerry Ng and Tiffany Law. The team manager were Alan Lo and C.M. Chan
The team won two Gold, two Silver and two Bronze in Open championship; one Silver and one Bronze in Men Under 25 Singles champion. Regarding overall team results, Hong Kong ranked second in the Men’s overall, Women’s overall and Overall championship.

Due to the outstanding performance in Open championship, five Hong Kong team players (Adam Poynton, Willie Lai, Jimmy Chiu, C.M. Chan, and Stephanie Chung) were selected to play for 1st Asia vs Europe Lawn Bowls Classic.
