- Camp fee is waived.
- Valid until December 31, 2025
Booking procedures:
- Application must be made at least 14 days in advance and in the name of the affiliate club.
- Applicants must be aged 18 years old or over and holding HKID, and sign on the application form with valid stamp.

- We will confirm the booking by phone / email.
- An invoice will be issued once the booking is confirmed. Payment should be made 7 days before the booking date:
- By cheque: crossed cheque made payable to “The Hong Kong Buddhist Association”, mail to 1/F, 338 Lockhart Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong
- By bank transfer: Bank of Communications「382-553-02033868」, 「THE HONG KONG BUDDHIST ASSOCIATION」.
Please state the name of applicant, invoice number and contact number at the back of the cheque or pay slip.
- An official receipt will be issued after the payment settled.
- No cancellation to be made..
- Applicants should bring the identity document on the activity date.
- We reserve the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel the booking at any time, with or without prior notice, without liability to you or any other party. This may occur for any reason including but not limited to operational needs or unforeseen circumstances.
