Under 25 Lawn Bowls Championship
Opened to all the young players under the age of 25 in Hong Kong, the Under-25 Singles Championship is an annual singles competition supported by the Leisure & Cultural Services Department.
Since its inauguration in 1975, the competition has proved to be a successful nursery for the new generation of bowlers in Hong Kong. Most of the champions have progressed to the senior squad and represents Hong Kong in major international tournaments.
While there is no fixed format, players must be under 25 years of age at the commencement of the event to be eligible to compete. The results will be used as evaluation criteria by the Hong Kong Youth Team selection panel.
