While conducting our annual stock check, a few sets of bowls, lawn bowls shoes and magazines were found surplus to requirement. To allow us to better utilize our resources, these bowls, shoes and magazines are for sale to whoever is interested.

HKLBA creates a “Bowler Corner” on our website. It allows bowlers to post their message there. If your members want to post any message on our website, please send to forum@hklba.org.  All messages will be eMailed to HKLBA for review before posting.

Hong Kong China teams for 2011 international events were sanctioned in the Council Meeting held on 26 June. The competitions include Asian Bowls Championship, MMichael Ashton-Phillips International challenge, Japan International Open, and Asia Pacific Championship. Please be advised that due to refurbishment of our office between 28 June and 12 July 2011, our office will be relocated to Room 1035 temporarily.  Our tel. and fax no. will remain the same.  Our office will shut on 28 June as removal works will be in progress.

LCSD is going to reviewing whether the two natural turf bowling greens at Tai Po Waterfront Park need to be retained or they can be changed to artificial ones.  Please submit your views and comments via club convenors in writing by 22 June 2011 to HKLBA office.
