At the council meeting on April 25, 2016 the councilors have endorsed the following game arrangement during extreme weather condition which was not covered under the current bye laws:    

We received a number of inquiries about the dress code in the cold weather.    

We receive an inquiry on indication of position by placing a towel on the green.

We received enquiries about the wearing of protective undergarment during games under the Hong Kong Lawn Bowls Association and here is the rules for it:  

Recently we have received enquiries about the rule of Possession of the Rink. The situation is that a player started to walk up the green for head visit right after the opponent delivered the bowl.
