The 12th Commonwealth Games was held in October 1982 in Brisbane Australia.
The Hong Kong Men’s team consisted of C.S. Dang, Geoff Murphy (Manager), M.B. Hassan Jnr, Philip chok, O.K. Dallah, Edwin Chok, and George Souza Jnr.
The Ladies bowlers were invited to take part in a Triples event. Hong Kong ladies team consisted of Linda King, Rae O’Donnell and Merie Walker. Team manageress was Helen Wong.
