The Hong Kong lawn bowls team won the Women’s Fours Final at the 9th Asian Lawn Bowls Championship in Malaysia on April 11. The team also walked away with five bronze medals.
HK team won both Team Overall Men and Women Bronze.
The competition Hong Kong teams that won bronze medals were the Men’s Pairs, Men’s Triples, Men’s Fours, Women’s Singles and Women’s Pairs.
The Asian Championships, featured 12 strong bowling countries in the region competing from April 6 to April 11. With Malaysia as host, Brunei, China, Hong Kong China, India, Japan, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Sri Lanka, Pakistan and U.A.E.
