At the council meeting on April 25, 2016 the councilors have endorsed the following game arrangement during extreme weather condition which was not covered under the current bye laws:
- Postpone of games should only be considered when the temperature reached 35C or below 8C at the scheduled starting time. The temperature should be referenced to the Regional Weather report issued by the Hong Kong Observatory.
- If both sides mutually agree, the game can be postponed even if the weather did not fall into this requirement.
- All postpone arrangements will follow the bye laws of the League and National Championships
- The cost for public greens will be borne by the side who raised the postponement request.
The arrangement will be effect immediately.
