Following the Government gazettes compulsory testing notice, the bowlers whom participated in the Under-25 Singles Championship 2021 at Victoria Park, 1 Hing Fat Street, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong between 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. on 1 January 2022 and 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. on 2 January 2022 must compulsorily undergo testing.
According to the Press Release posted on 5 January, 2022 (https://www.info.gov.hk/gia/general/202201/06/P2022010600037.htm?fontSize=1)any person who had been present at Victoria Park, 1 Hing Fat Street, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong between 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. on 1 January 2022 and 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. on 2 January 2022 (including but not limited to full-time, part-time and relief staff and visitors), has to undergo testing on 5 January 2022 or 6 January 2022, 9 January 2022, 14 January 2022 and 21 January 2022. Persons subject to compulsory testing must go to any of the mobile specimen collection stations, community testing centres (CTCs) or recognised local medical testing institutions to undergo professional swab sampling in fulfilling the requirements for compulsory testing. Young children may continue to undergo the test using a stool specimen.
