The World Singles Champion of Champions 2008 took place from 29 August to 6 September 2008 at the Bestburn Park Bowling Complex in Aberdeen Scotland. Hong Kong was represented by Camilla Leung. She passed through the qualifying rounds and lost to host country player in quarter-finals.

This World Bowls annual event took place from 7-18 April 2008 at the Warilla Bowls and Recreation Club in New south Wales, Australia. Hong Kong team was represented by Grace Chu and Luis Fernandes. The youth development team participated in the World Junior Cup Singles, wtih representatives being Lee Ka Ho and Cherry Yung.
