Suspension of lawn bowls activities due to the coronavirus
To tie in with the response level under the “Preparedness and Response Plan for Novel Infectious Disease of Public Health Significance” being raised to Emergency Response Level and avoid people from gathering, the LCSD announced yesterday that the some of the facilities including the bowling green and sports center will be closed from 29 January, 2020.
To prevent the novel coronavirus infection from spreading and also concern on the health and safety of all members, the Hong Kong Lawn Bowls Association has decided to postpone all the following programmes immediately until further notice.
