- Confirm the Minutes of the last Annual General Meeting (enclosed)
- Consider the Annual Report of the Council of Management (enclosed)
- Consider the Statement of Audited Annual Accounts (enclosed)
- Elect the Officers of the Association
- Appoint the Auditors
- Discuss any other matters relating to the constitution and management of the Association.
